The property features four double rooms on the ground floor and four apartments on the first floor of varying sizes, accommodating a total of twenty-six guests. 

The outdoor spaces invite you to relax in the most authentic way: a swimming pool, a tennis court and peaceful paths where time passes unhurriedly. The owner’s passion for astronomy has given rise to an observatory, from which guests and visitors can admire the wonders of the Tuscan night sky, far from light pollution. 

 The day begins with breakfast served in your room or, upon booking, in your apartment: the terrace in the early morning offers the first, thrilling taste of all that Aia Leccioni has to offer. There is no shortage of tastings of the estate’s own olive oil and walks amongst the olive trees, accompanied by sincere and discreet hospitality. 

Surrounding the property lies the most authentic Tuscany: historic villages, museums, natural areas to explore, the sea just a few kilometres away, and a rich and flavourful culinary tradition at every turn.
