ToursThrough quiet roads, hills and vineyards of the Maremma, the route reaches Animanatura Wild Sanctuary and the village of Saturnia
by Padbike ASD
Once the tour is booked, you can come to our rental point to collect the bikes, so you can start with our virtual guide, which will accompany you step by step.
Discover the authentic charm of southern Tuscany on a self-guided e-bike tour through the Maremma, where nature, small villages, and thermal landscapes come together in a unique experience.
The ride begins towards Semproniano, following quiet secondary roads across rolling countryside, offering a first taste of the area’s unspoiled character and wide-open views.
A meaningful highlight along the route is a stop at AnimaNatura Wild Sanctuary, a special place dedicated to the care and protection of rescued wild animals, where you can experience a different side of the territory.
The tour continues through vineyards, gentle hills, and Mediterranean landscapes towards Saturnia, followed by a descent to the renowned Cascate del Mulino, where you can relax or enjoy a swim in the natural hot springs.
The return route climbs gradually towards Capanne and follows quiet roads back to Catabbio, completing a varied and rewarding loop.
This experience is ideal for a relaxed day outdoors. In quieter and less serviced sections, we recommend bringing water, a snack, and a fully charged phone to enjoy the ride with complete peace of mind.
You can park directly at the location, but spaces are limited. In any case, the area has plenty of parking options near the shop.
