Olive mill tour with Monte Pisano oil tasting

Through a guided tour, you will discover the entire process, from the olive harvest to pressing and tasting.

The visit to the oil mill "Frantoio del Monte Pisano" with a tasting experience is a unique opportunity to discover how extra-virgin olive oil is made and taste it with experts who will guide you through the secrets of this precious food.

We offer two different oil tastings:

1. Tour and tasting (€22)

• Visit to the olive grove.
• Visit to the oil mill.
• Tasting of three extra virgin olive oils.
• Bread, water and focaccia.

Minimun 4 people, always available, duration 1 hour

2. Tasting board (€32)

• Visit to the olive grove.
• Visit to the oil mill.
• Tasting of three extra virgin olive oils and mini platter of cured meats and cheeses.
• Tasting of a traditional dish with extra virgin olive oil.
• Bread, focaccia, water and wine.

Minimum 4 people, available upon reservation, duration 1 hour and a half

3. A Lunch with us (€45)

• A guided tour of the olive groves, with insights into how they are managed.
• A visit to the mill, exploring the production line and the secrets behind the milling process.
• An educational tasting of three oils.
• A light lunch featuring a traditional Tuscan ‘Fettunta’, a mini board of cured meats and cheeses, a pasta dish of the day, dessert, bread, water, a glass of wine and coffee.
