An authentic truffle hunting experience in Val d'Elsa

• Accompaniment by professional truffle hunters
• Presence of an environmental guide
• Use of trained dogs
• Introduction to the world of truffles from the perspective of tradition and ecology
• Sharing our first-hand experience, dog training techniques, and the secrets of this ancient craft
• Insights into the use, conservation, and valorization of truffles in cooking
• Practical research and collection activities
• Experience available in Italian and English

The experience can last 1 hour or 2 depending on the package you choose. Through careful searching in the undergrowth, the dog locates the truffle underground, while the truffle hunter interprets the signs and collects the precious mushroom. It is an activity that combines nature, tradition and discovery of the area.

At the end of the experience, you can end it with a lunch or a tasting dinner, through some collaborations we have in the area.
